Great app for your shortly needs. Unfortunately, we have to remove this app since we are using a custom checkout and it is only compatible with Shopify's native checkout. Their support isn't 24/7 but they get back to you through email once they get back online. Thanks Anna for the entertaining my inquiries.

Support was amazing. I had a issue with link creation, connected support via chat, and my issue was quickly resolved with follow-up via email. A huge thank you to Anna and her team. This App is amazing, and all in one affiliate, UTM, marketing tracking with SEO friendly short links and QR codes. Analytics reporting is on par with a one stop dashboard to see everything. Within 1 day, it has completely changed our marketing, both frontend (social media and ads) and backend (email). No more manual reporting !!!

Vielen herzlichen Dank für den netten Support (via Chat Meeting) in englisch. Support war sehr bemüht alle offenen Fragen zu klären. Auch die Step by Step Einführung in das Plugin und wie man einen Influncer anlegt mit Dashboard Erklärung vom Influncer war sehr hilfreich. Das Domain Problem konnte ebenfalls der Support sehr rasch und kompetent Beheben. Das Problem mit Firefox wurde fixiert. Daher jederzeit gerne wieder. Thanks a lot, Tobias

Setting up links with Shortly is super easy. I did have an issue at first with the links not tracking properly, but I reached out to their support and Athar got back to me immediately, diagnosed the problem and fixed it super fast (same day). Tracking is perfect now. Thanks!

simple, understandable. It meets all my needs. Customer service is also very fast. I advise. You can create utm code and do simple work with influencer.
