Sidr is very prompt and knowledgeable and has done an excellent job handling our Colorado Sales tax filings which was such an impossibly difficult process for me previously! Definitely worth it! So happy with the Shopify integration. It has made life much better!

5 stars aren’t enough! Excellent and professional service. We are in different countries, and whenever I email them， even during their off-hours, they still reply and never leave me waiting because of the time difference. I really appreciate their help.

Thank you for your feedback. The charge incurred are the normal subscription fee that we clearly listed on the subscription page. We also responded by offering a $1500 credit that can be applied towards future usages, but didn't hear back from you. We will reach out to you again and try to work with you on a resolution.
