I'm so happy I found Sidr Tax. Kevin and Carrie have both been amazing during my onboarding process and put me at ease by walking me through the process at each stage and answering every question I had. I'm looking forward to working with them on an ongoing basis and I couldn't recommend them more.

Very pleased with this app and service. The online chat support is very responsive and helpful, and emails are always answered promptly. It's a big relief to be able to hand off this monumentally aggravating and time-consuming aspect of my business to experts, for a very reasonable price. The new flat-fee per-filing pricing is much easier to wrap your head around than the old hybrid system. I did have a few snags setting things up, and a few shortly after, but the Sidr team addressed everything and got it all taken care of in a reasonable time. Things have been running on auto-pilot since, and it has been a huge relief to not have to deal with sales tax myself any more.
Best tax software i have worked with. Support is awesome and gets back to you quickly.
