We’ve tried a few post-purchase survey apps on Shopify, and most of them end up being glorified reporting tools, lots of charts, but very little you can actually do with the data. SignalStitch feels different. What we like most is that it doesn’t just collect responses and leave you guessing. The insights are actually actionable. It helps us understand which channels really influenced the purchase, not just what customers remember or select by default. That alone has helped us rethink how we look at attribution and where we spend marketing dollars. Setup was straightforward, the surveys look clean, and the analytics are easy to understand without needing to export everything into another tool. It’s especially useful if you’re running paid media and want feedback you can confidently use to make changes, not just report on. If you’re looking for a survey app that goes beyond raw data and actually helps you improve decisions, this one is worth trying.
