Silens - Cookie Banner & GDPR is a Shopify App that helps ecommerce merchants ask visitors for cookie consent and block trackers until they agree, without the need to edit any code. It records each choice through Shopify's Customer Privacy API, ensuring consent remains in Shopify. The app also holds known trackers back until a visitor agrees and passes consent signals to various platforms like Google Consent Mode v2, Meta, Pinterest, Clarity, and Microsoft Ads for continued measurement. A scan feature is available to read the theme and report trackers written into it, with no visitor data stored on the app's side.
