I’ve found it challenging and unprofessional to work with this supplier. Communication has been poor, and despite their website stating that orders ship within 3 days, my order has yet to ship after 6 days. I hope they address these issues to improve their service..

Their products are nice, but there are many similarities, and not enough unique pieces. Unfortunately, they lack any support. I have sent over five emails through the app, website, and chatbot, seeking assistance in figuring out how to remove the Silverbene logo from their product. Despite placing a sample order for myself, I am still unable to get in touch with anyone or receive a reply. After spending weeks working on my store, I had to delete all of their products. I did this because I don't want to deal with their lack of customer service in the future. Good customer service is a crucial factor in customer loyalty, and I didn't want to take that chance.
