This plugin does exactly what we were hoping to do - allow our partners to have alerts for when a product is purchased using their discount/coupon code. There were a couple of customization features that we were hoping to have available, and while they were not initially, the developer is incredible & took swift action to implement these changes very quickly. Excellent support & an easy to navigate interface - 5 stars from us (would be more if we were able to!)

The app works great and I was able to get a custom metafield integrated into our alert after a few quick hours of contacting the developer. Excellent customer service!

Works very well and the support is spot on. If you are running a store and need alerts for a multitude of streamers this is what you'll want.

Firstly this app is so easy to use, even for beginners with no idea how things work! Secondly, the support and customer service is above and beyond! I contacted them about wanting my "cart message" to appear on stream and they literally BUILT IN THAT FEATURE within a couple hours! I asked for help with text appearance and they immediately adjusted how it functions. Simple Alerts really care about the customer & viewer experience, are always wanting to improve the app, and handle feedback really well. Honestly, switched me from being hesitant about the cost, to now understanding it's worth the money to have developers like this helping with your needs! Thank you so much!

We switched to Simple Alerts after using the other alerts app after about 3 years since the support become non-existent after a bit, which is unfortunate but we needed something that worked. After switching to Simple Alerts the dev team has been amazing with their support and additions to the app itself. We're glad we switched because now everything is secure and works the way it should. If you're using the other app, just switch, you won't regret it. -Adding to it as of 12/18, I STILL love the support for this and the alert has worked 100% of the time.
