For people with hundreds of items in their product feed, this app is worth it. Customer service was on point. They followed up with me really quickly: answering questions about the product and helping me walk through the problem when their suggested solutions didn't work until one solution did help me make progress. They even went so far as to provide command line tips, which not only helped me solve the problem at hand, but helped me complete the next 5 tasks I had after my initial issue. It was a pleasure to deal with them, and I recommend this app and their support to anyone who uses this service.

The team at Adwords Robot really saved the day for us. We were forced to upgrade to the new Google Shopping Channel by Shopify and after a few days of trying to get that to work without success we installed this app. After a couple quick fixes we are back online with our Google Shopping campaigns. I don't know if this app fits all merchants needs, but it certainly fits ours. Their customer service is second to none, with an incredibly fast response time and very professional and helpful answers. We implemented the feed on one of our websites almost a year ago, and since it does exactly what we need, we're implementing it on all our other sites. Oh, and by the way, it's the sole and only paid app we use... so to say that if we decided to use this app and not code it ourselves, it's for a good reason!
