These kind of apps require lots of attention from the support team since every other 3rd party uses xml's differently. But I have never seen a faster and solutionery support then Dennis. I've been using this app for approximately a year now, and I am extremely satisfied with it. During this time, I encountered some internal complications that required a reinstallation and reaching out to the support team for assistance. The support I received was incredibly helpful and responsive. The app has been functioning perfectly for me 100% of the time. With the level of support and responsiveness I've experienced, I can't give anything less than 5 stars. UPDATE: I've just recently also had a lot of customized requets to make it adjustable for affiliate sites, marketplaces ect and the help and respons time from Improve / Apps Robots HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING. Fastest and easiest experience I've ever had.

Super easy to setup. Some of the other feeds still require a lot of work to setup. Dennis was also able to help generate Google local inventory feeds to help tap into the local shoppers. I had spent weeks trying to do it myself before reaching out to Dennis. He knew exactly what was needed and knocked it out in an hour on a Saturday.

Dennis from the support team was incredibly helpful. We required assistance with transitioning from a different feed app to ensure that our Ads retained all the campaign statistics and to expand our Adword campaigns to a second country. Since I was uncertain about the setup process and didn't want our ad campaign to undergo a relearning phase or encounter any issues with incorrect IDs, Dennis took care of everything for me. The support provided was exceptional, and the app itself is fantastic. I highly recommend both the support team and the app.

Great app and customer service. We have had to request several customizations in order to get our product attributes featured the way Google wants to see them and Dennis has been so helpful every step of the way! Couldn't be easier to use!
