The app works perfectly well for our site, our sales have increased significantly. Google Merchant and Google Ads are sometimes very difficult to work with. You get warning emails that your products are being suspended for some reason. Before using this app, it was a nuisance and a headache to sort this out. But since I have this app, we have gained not only the app but also a very helpful, and brilliant technical support. Dennis would even help sorting out problems not directly connected to this app, for a small fee. He responds very fast and even during hours you would think he would be sleeping.

Great app and good service. We are using this app for more then 4 years and we have grown 1.000% Before this app we had an exspensive marketing agency, they cost much more and had less growth as with the AdwordsRobot. I think the negative review person below is a competitor because he writes 17 times a bad review with the same name? @shopify you should do something about it.

Due to some reasons, we are still trying to fix product feed on GMC, and we are getting full support from the app developer, especially Dennis's effort is highly appreciable. This app is easy to use.

We needed to use shipping labels to distinguish between different product sizes/groups. Works nice in this app by simply using the tags.

We needed to manage our own Google Merchant Center feed. Not only will this app give you a great feed, but it gives you a jump start by intelligently setting your products up in Merchant Center. The support is amazing and the help documentation is full of useful understandable information. If you need GTINs to bring your products to approval status, look no further. We had issues with missing GTINs and duplicate GTINs on some products. Support found us a reseller of valid GTINs at a low price for our products which then got approved in Google Merchant. We have seen a boost in sales of those products since setting up our feed with this app. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

This is a really easy-to-use app, it works beautifully and the support is absolutely fantastic. I asked a question whilst I was working on something on a Sunday (expecting a reply on Monday) and I was surprised to receive a really quick response on the same day! The help documents are really good.

We needed feeds with multiple currencies as the default app is not supporting that. This app was able to help. This helps us with the business too, which will make the app better :)

Our business uses ex VAT prices, which need to be displayed inc VAT on Google Shopping Ads. This was no problem at all with this app, making it suitable for large sellers who have to consider such things

Dennis from support was extremely helpful. We needed some help with moving from another feed app to make sure our Ads kept all the campaign statistics and so we could support a second country for our Adword campaigns. They did the setup for me as I was unsure and didn't want our ad campaign to go through a relearning phase upon switching feeds and pulling the wrong ID. Great support & great app.
