Salon Warehouse review for Simple Request a Quote

This was the worst app experience of my life and I have used Shopify for over 6 years, working with many app providers. We paid the pro subscription to access the features we wanted. No free trial available. Then we started testing (we ran 8 total quote tests). We realised we were not receiving email notifications that a new quote had been received, which is part of the functions. When I reached out via their chat support, Mohammed said they were having an issue with that, which would take 12 hours to resolve. I still decided to demo the quote tool to my client in spite of this. During the demo, I noticed the app started glitching and then a message within the chat support widget accusing us of spamming their app and asking us what we were using it for and sending thousands of requests. 1. It is normal to test a new app 2. We have already paid the pro subscription 3. We only sent 8 quote request tests This is the most disgusting service I've ever seen, I would never recommend this app to anyone. Be careful. The app owner is not emotionally stable.
