Big time savings and efficiency possible with this app. Especially useful adding tags/notes to certain orders that can be used as triggers/conditions for rules in other applications (like Shipstation)

Works great! We're a little apprehensive about trying to automate some of our high risk cancelling but our trial run should go smoothly with a little help from this app.

We need more cases like 1) if an order is not fulfilled more than 2 days or 48 hours 2) if an order price is below some x pirce 3) if an order price is below above x price 4) if a repeated customer arrived 5) if the order value is zero 6) if the order is not archived more than 10 days

Absolutely outstanding. Super functional app and extremely easy to use. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to prevent customers with certain tags using "pending" payment methods. Would give 10,000 stars if possible.

What a Awesome App, whilst this app might not suit every business and website; but with our business and website it suits us down to a tee! Saves us many hours of data entry, once all the settings have been set up, a customer places an order and it automatically gets sent to our supplier for fulfilment straight away. https://envelopekings.co.uk/

I just needed to automate 1 thing in my store, and this app almost did what it needed to do. A couple of emails back and forth to the very responsive support staff and the feature was added that I needed. Now I'm rollin' like a champ.

App is awesome and highly recommended, i wish that they have an action to make make items that sold out to be removed on a schedule like once a week or so.

This app has all of the great features that other apps try to have but fail. The way that this app works makes it so easy to run a Shopify store and keep all admin on the same page as well as make automated tasks super easy. We don't need a computer covered in sticky note reminders anymore, SSA helps us with automation that before we could only dream of.

This app is amazing! I am never surprised anymore with Hextom's apps. They are all amazing and they all work perfectly and they take feedback into consideration and they make apps so user-friendly that it's amazing! Thank you so much to Sophie for allowing our company to give some feedback and early use cases for this app. It has turned out so great! This app saves our company hours every day and the automation that were missing from Shopify for so long are now possibly with the Simple Shop Automation app! This app can do so much more than you think at first glance! I would encourage all users to click through all of the combined conditions and see how many unique cases that this app can identify and create automation based off of!
