Thanks for your review! All orders and cancels are usually syncing in ~20-30 seconds after they have been placed. If SKU's get out of sync that's because they are manually changed in Shopify, manual changes do not get synced, only orders and cancels are being synced. I checked the logs and all your orders and cancels were processed 100% correctly within 20 seconds. Please send me an email so I can help you find the cause of why the items got out of sync.
App working great so far. We sell uniforms for different schools that share the same SKU's. This allows us to keep our inventory accurate between different product variants. Harold is very responsive and helpful. Happy customer so far.
Inventory keep getting out of sync. There's no logs or anyway to check why it keep getting out of sync.
Thanks for your review. There absolutely are logs that show you why the items go out of sync. You’ve manually changed the inventory on the Shopify end and that’s causing the items to go out of sync. I replied to your support emails, but haven’t heard anything back. Would love to help you solve this so feel free to reply on my emails.

Thanks for your review. The app syncs inventory changes for items sharing the same SKU (or barcode), it syncs changes after each order and cancel. You had the app installed for a couple of minutes and there where no orders or cancels placed during the time you had the app installed. Please let me know if you want to test the app again.
