Merchants can connect WhatsApp to their store through a guided setup and choose AI skills for various functions like product guidance, order tracking, payments, returns, customer support, sales, and general questions. The app securely retrieves store details when needed instead of storing them in a connector database. Merchants can review conversations, take over customer threads, pause the assistant, and manage usage directly from the embedded app.
