b2b weich-alpaca review for WSH Order Form & ReOrder

We discussed some changes for 4 Weeks now. The different changes were made, but always in different versions of the Theme. We can't change any of the mistakes because we don't have access to the App's code. Response time to our Mails is horrifying 2 Days. Thats not professional work and we are forced to write such a review because we don't get any response at all. The requested changes we had were on some issues with standard functionalities that are usual and necessary in the App. They should be implemented by the App support by default and not only mentioned by us. We didn't have any major changes but simple changes already take so long to be implemented. Our going live depends on this app and is delayed several times. Since there are no similar Apps were fully depending on the support and the implementation of the changes. Please contact us and fix open issues asap.
