Skip's Western Outfitters review for Jotly Size Chart & Size Guide

Okay I am a little blown away! First off the app is awesome, I added it 24 hours ago and am already seeing results on the size charts I added. We have hundreds of vendors with different size charts for different types of items (clothing, hats, footwear), so I started chipping away at our long list, adding each size chart by collection. It was easy to install into my theme and even easier to set up the charts. It's super user friendly, not at all bulky, and I feel the pricing is more than fair. But the main reason I am writing this review is because I had a suggestion - to be able to set size chart by vendor - and messaged it into the Jotly team, and I got a response instantly - they are going to have my suggested feature launched within 24 hours. Typically when suggesting features to Shopify app developers I get the response, "we will share it with the team" and then I never hear any thing back - so this was such a breath of fresh air to get an instant response that a feature will be added. Once this feature is added it will be much easier for me to add size charts. I am excited to see even more results in our sales, especially as we start to ramp up for the upcoming holiday season. I know that having efficient size charts helps the customers experience on our store, and will ultimately save us on returns and customer service. I look forward to the future of this app as well since the developers clearly care about improving things for their users!
