I really dig this tool! It helped me finally get my SKUs under control. Easy to use...I like the visual interface to build the format. The developer was very quick to respond when I had an issue, and sent me a video showing me what I needed to do!
This app is terrible. It does not automate correctly and often creates duplicates. There are much better apps out there.
Updated 17 October 2026: the app has been rebuilt since this review, and the rest of this reply says what changed. Thanks for the honest review, and sorry the app let you down. I couldn't reproduce it at the time, and that isn't the same as it not happening. Since then SKU Manager has been rebuilt as 3.0. Duplicates has its own page that finds every SKU held by more than one variant and resolves them in one run. Automatic writes SKUs for new products on its own, and Activity shows what it wrote and what is waiting. Every run can be undone. You'd be welcome back to try it.
