This app is great... when it works. We've been using SkuVault for nearly a year and it's been nothing but issues. We want to love it, but as soon as one problem gets ironed out and HOURS have been spent re-aligning inventory numbers, something else glitches that throws them all off again. Furthermore, support always passes the buck or, most recently, denies that there's an issue at all. This is not a cheap app, and at the price point, more is expected.
