De un tiempo para acá han aumentado el cargo de sobrepesos o cargos por "manejo extra" y no justifican porque los hacen

Al principio era buena, pero después desde hace mas de un año dejaron de tener buen servicio, no me respetaban las tarifas, las cambiaban solo por que si, se inventan sobrepesos y básicamente les das igual como cliente, encontré mejores tarifas y servicio personalizado. Incluso algunas paqueterías tienen mejor la tarifa directamente con ellos en sucursal que aquí.
