Hopped on a Google Meet with Cristian D and ran me through the whole app in an onboarding session. Talked through all my needs and answered all my questions. Discussed the possibility of custom code to add even more features to my cart. Great customer service and great app features.

so much better than these other expensive cart brands, Jhomar E helped me out efficiently and fixed the exact issue i was struggling with for hours, i strongly reccomend trying it out, if u have any issues, they have 24/7 live agents that will help you out and even do some of the fixes for you, while you sit back and wait, strongly reccomend, especially because they have a free plan tht will def give you everything you need to be profitable.

Good app overall and the Slide Cart works well. However, one important downside: the app is positioned as multi-language in the Shopify App Store, but key parts of the free gift feature are not translatable natively (e.g. “Free” and “Add”). The only solution provided by support is to modify these texts via custom JavaScript. In practice, this is not a stable or scalable solution, since the cart is dynamically re-rendered and these changes can reset or interfere with normal cart behavior. This is something you only run into after full integration, which is unfortunate. At that point, switching to another cart solution is not a realistic option anymore. Support mentioned this has been forwarded as a feature request, but there is no clear timeline yet. Hopefully this gets addressed soon. If native translation support for this feature is added, I’d be happy to update this review.
