The team at Slide cart are INCREDIBLY helpful. The app looks flawless and integrates with the Shopify theme flawlessly unlike many other third party apps. The support team were very hospitable and responsive and helped me to implement many unique features to make the app work for my store. Very very happy.

I tested exactly 32 in cart upsell apps....Most were rejected because of the pricing model...The more orders you have the more they charge you....Slide is only one flat reasonable charge....The ability to stack upsells and the reward bar with the floating cart did it for me...Setup was super easy....I had issues with 27 of the 32 cart upsell apps......I waited weeks for responses from other apps...The best customer service was Slide...I received an immediate response...Christian not only told me what the issue was he logged in and fixed it for me!!...Talk about great support!....Not only that he customized the cart with a special feature I requested....All this within hours....Christian for president 2024!...I love this app and the only thing better than this app is the support!! A+++++++++++++++++++++

Incredibly poor customer service. I send them an email on the 18th and a reminder on the 20th, and I have yet to hear back from them.

Really great app that makes your cart much easier to use and cleaner! The upsell module integrated into it is also really nice. And thank you to the support team that is always helping me out fast.

Great app. Fair price. Support is super responsive and have fixed issues related to our theme. Features are really solid and think this is a better app that many competitors because of functionality. Definitely has increased AOV and conversion rates

We had tech issues the day before Black Friday which made things really tricky. It was a bad time to have the system not functioning but we understand that things happen. I'm leaving four stars because we like the app and the tech support and communication is good. The team continued to work on the issue until it was resolved and that we really do appreciate. I would recommend the app.

Estoy recién comenzando a usarla así que no puedo opinar mucho de los resultados pero la atención al cliente es increíble y me dejaron andando la app en perfectas condiciones. El único detalle es que en el contador para despacho gratis o descuento no se pueden excluír cosas o colecciones (reglas).

With regards to your second statement - this is something that is controlled by shopify. We do not have control over the discount setup. Shopify has been making changes to discount creation lately. I have taken the liberty to research for you here: You have mentioned "collections cannot be excluded from the counter for free delivery"(en el contador para despacho gratis o descuento no se pueden excluír cosas). This should be achievable by following "Free shipping for specific products" in this article https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/setting-up-and-managing-your-shipping/setting-up-shipping-rates#creating-free-shipping-rates Also, "Percentage & fixed amount discounts" can be applied to specific collections only - meaning you can set up discount (rules) / colecciones (reglas). Slide Cart from App HQ is a promising app, that has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it suffers from bloated scrips, meaning that my store takes longer to fully load. Additionally, the site needs to be fully loaded for the slide cart to work, which means that people clicking on the cart icon before the site has finished loading, are forwarded to the cart page instead of the cart drawer!

With regards to your main issue, the nature of shopify websites is such that scripts are always loaded the last on your store. Unfortunately, that is not something we can easily change. We are putting this in our product roadmap to be prioritised soon. Slidecart was developed with your store's speed as our main priority - our javascript snippet has been optimised to stringent standards, meeting shopify's plus level of app standards. One quick thing which may help is to follow Shopify's article to improve load times of your core website (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/store-speed/improving-speed ). Die App lässt sich perfekt vom Design im Shop anpassen und integrieren und als ich letzte Woche Freitag ein IT Problem mit der App hatte, wurde mir innerhalb von 2 Tagen geholfen, es komplett zu lösen. Die App ist wirklich eine Empfehlung!
