Slide Cart from App HQ is a promising app, that has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it suffers from bloated scrips, meaning that my store takes longer to fully load. Additionally, the site needs to be fully loaded for the slide cart to work, which means that people clicking on the cart icon before the site has finished loading, are forwarded to the cart page instead of the cart drawer!
Hey Daniel, we are so sorry to hear of your negative experience with slide cart. With regards to your main issue, the nature of shopify websites is such that scripts are always loaded the last on your store. Unfortunately, that is not something we can easily change. We are putting this in our product roadmap to be prioritised soon. Slidecart was developed with your store's speed as our main priority - our javascript snippet has been optimised to stringent standards, meeting shopify's plus level of app standards. One quick thing which may help is to follow Shopify's article to improve load times of your core website (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/store-speed/improving-speed ). Die App lässt sich perfekt vom Design im Shop anpassen und integrieren und als ich letzte Woche Freitag ein IT Problem mit der App hatte, wurde mir innerhalb von 2 Tagen geholfen, es komplett zu lösen. Die App ist wirklich eine Empfehlung!

The app has great features. More than the app itself the support team is EXTREAMLY helpful. I had an issue with compatibility with a new theme and the support team worked swiftly to find a solution. So buy the app with confidence!

By far my favorite app. Not buggy, very customizable, and from a developer standpoint it's nice because they've exposed hooks / events for customizing functionality further as needed. Customer service is extremely responsive, and always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

Great support. Had an issue where the checkout button wouldn't redirect customers to the correct checkout flow for their language. The issue was solved within hours with almost no work on my end. Rarely have I experienced so swift and competent support.

The app functions well and the team has been super helpful with getting everything setup and trouble-shooting. I've seen a huge uptick in cart add-ons, raising my AOV. Their support team is incredible. I've had some other apps cause conflicts with the Slide-Cart app and their team responds almost immediately regardless of the time of day, and gives the most thorough and helpful responses. They find a solution to the issue, explain it in a way that is easy to understand, and walk you through the steps to fix it. They've never once left me hanging, which is not always the case with other apps. Their team is friendly and a pleasure to work with!
