They’re incredibly quick at sorting out problems. I reported an incompatibility issue to them on Saturday and they got straight to work on it. It was sorted first thing this morning. A very helpful and quick team. Thanks!

I really liked the video call with Cristian to sort out the technical issues we had. Having actual human support is rare these days! Also, we have been using this app for more than a year now and are very happy with it.

I’ve been using AMP to boost my store's AOV, and the app itself is fantastic. But what really blew me away was the exceptional customer support from Beejay B. and Christian. I needed a very specific UI customization for my dynamic tiered discount prompts in the cart drawer to ensure it looked perfectly clean on mobile. Not only did they understand my complex logic immediately, but they also implemented the custom code flawlessly without slowing down my site's loading speed at all. They even sent over a screen recording of my live storefront to show me exactly how the new dynamic text looked in action! Fast, professional, and genuinely helpful.
