We had a minor issue with setup and install and Cristian offered a quick google meet to share screens and walk us through integration/setup. It was so easy and convenient to do the google meet call (with out video) to share screen and hash through everything that would have taken us 3x as long through chat and screenshots.

I did a google meet call with Cristian, it was great he's very responsive and we could go back and forth very quickly together on the issue, I appreciate how good the service was even though we didn't entirely fix the issue, we're working towards a fix and 90% of the problem was fixed.

Dominique M. was amazing!! So helpful to get my upsell up and running despite me having no idea what I was doing. I wanted to make several adjustments to my slide cart, but these items needed to be coded. For this, I contacted the service team and they helped me well. Therefore, I want to thank David, Christian, Dahn and Beejay for their help!

The AMP Cart Slider team has been absolutely incredible to work with. Over the past week, they went above and beyond to help me customize the cart slider exactly the way I wanted for my store. Dominique, Danh, Jhomar, and Beejay were all responsive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I had a lot of requests and am very picky with aesthetics — but everything was handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find this level of hands-on support and care from an app team.
