We’ve been using Slide Cart for both of our stores for a while now. Initially, we noticed that the Analytics feature wasn’t functioning consistently, so we reached out to their Support team. While we understand that delays can happen, especially during the holiday season, it was expected.. the support still answered me in timely manner. On the positive side, the AMP | Slide Cart Drawer is incredibly user-friendly and easy to install. The design customization options are great, and the upsell product feature is a standout—it allows customers to easily browse and add recommended products to their cart, which has been helpful for increasing sales. However, the Analytics provided within the app is a major letdown. The basic metrics offered are minimal and don’t provide any meaningful insights beyond what Shopify already offers. For example, there’s no way to track which upsell products were added to the cart, which products were most popular, or which items were actually checked out. This lack of detailed data makes it difficult to measure the effectiveness of the upsell feature or optimize our strategy. To make matters worse, Slide Cart requires users to download a separate app for advanced analytics, which feels unnecessary and inconvenient. Given that we’re on the Pro plan, we expected the analytics to be more robust and integrated. As it stands, the analytics feature feels misleading and adds little value to the overall package. In summary, while Slide Cart excels in design and functionality, the analytics aspect is a significant drawback. If detailed insights are important to you, you might find yourself relying more on Shopify’s native analytics than on what Slide Cart provides.

We had some trouble setting this up. Their support was super helpful and made all the necessary code changes, so that the app can work smoothly. Response times were super fast and the functionality of the app is exactly what we have been looking for.

Super clean app, ziet er echt goed uit! Daarnaast is de service perfect, ik had gisteren een probleem met de codering die overruled was en binnen 20 minuten had het team van Slidecart dit opgelost. Echt helemaal super.
