Amazing customer service. We were having some serious issue on the site and even an outside agency we were working with couldn't resolve it. AMP customer support made the code adjustments neccessary on a copy of the live theme, allowed us to preview the changes, and then we pushed them live. Quick response time, and great service. Will absolutely use again 10/10 EDIT: They helped us again. Another app pushed an update without telling us that broke out add-to-cart button entirely. Even though AMP wasn't responsible, they still helped us and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars because we didn't have to miss another full day of sales. Life savors!

I’m very happy with this app! The features are powerful and the design is clean, but what really impressed me was the support team — they answered me super quickly and solved my issue on the first try. The only time we needed assistance, they were super fast in resolving our issue, and the communication was kind and to the point. As for the dashboard app, its usability and smoothness are great! Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with the support I received from the Slide Cart team. When I noticed the shipping protection option wasn’t working properly in my cart, they went above and beyond to investigate the issue thoroughly. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They tested the problem in their own environment, provided clear feedback on what was going wrong (in this case, the app couldn’t detect the Shipping Protection product correctly), and offered concrete steps to fix it. They even identified that my protection product was showing as “sold out,” which it should never be. They gave me precise instructions to reset the setup — and it worked flawlessly. Slide Cart’s support team is not only responsive and friendly, but also technically skilled. Their dedication really made the difference for my store. Big thanks to the whole team — this is what top-level customer service looks like!
