Hi, Sorry to hear that, but there must be a misunderstanding here? We have set up the slider in your store exactly as you requested and also configured your requested design. In addition, we even sent you a screencast video on how to integrate it into your store. This is the unaltered mail we have sent you: Hi ..., we have no set up the Collection Slider for you :) I have attached a small screencast to show you how to add sliders to your store (step by step): 1. Go to the corresponding slider, in this case the Collection Slider. 2. In the Designer you could design your slider like you wish to see the preview. 3. Open the dropdown at the right top and select the page or template you want to add the slider to. After your have selected the page click on the button. Now a pop-up opens which shows you some instructions. Its the same for every slider you should only copy the ID of the slider. 4. After that open your theme editor and add a new app section and select the Collection Slider, inside the Section settings you could now paste the slider ID, and done now the slider is added to your store. ....So actually you always just need to copy the corresponding slider ID and add the sliders in the theme editor and then copy the ID into the field. It's as simple as that. :) You can also copy the slider ID from the slider tables in the dashboard (just click the Copy id button). Best Max
