If you need assistance, you can open a support ticket by emailing [email protected] or by calling 404-369-0680 x2. There is an in-app link to the User Guide that is also available on our website (eniture.com). It is written for an 8th-grade readability score. If you make use of the User Guide, you should have no difficulty. If you have difficulty you can contact us for support and we will quickly resolve it. Regarding the comment about your email address... You should direct this complaint to your email provider.
I work at a small shop that ships products with high shipping costs, as our products weigh a lot and some ship out in multiple packages, so it's important that everything is calculated correctly. This plugin gets the job done! General settings and per product shipping settings are easy and straightforward. We have tried a few other paid shipping plugins on Shopify and I would recommend this one by far. I ran into an issue with shipping settings on a particular product and support got back to me immediately!
