Great app and even better customer service. Tried many upsell apps before switching to SMAR7 and never been happier. Order value increased greatly

I really, really wanted this app to work. The interface is beautiful and the concept is great. I spent a full work day tinkering with it and playing around with bundles and kept running into small flaws in how the settings (don't) work that made it extremely frustrating. I chatted at length with two of their tech support people. While they were both very friendly and tried to help, they didn't really seem to get the issues and when they did conceded that they didn't have solutions. I really hope they iron these issues out in the future and I'll be happy to try again, but right now I'm super frustrated that I wasted a day on it.

Great app. Super easy to set up and looks great. Also, just as important, the support is lightening fast and they go above and beyond to help out.

So all the hype is true about this being the one of , if not THE BEST, Shopify Upsell App. Heck it even has video tutorials when you install it, great personal touch most Shopify apps don't have for new users. I also just got done with help from support so they're top notch as well...like really really top notch (another CONFIRMED rumor). Thank you Mason for your help earlier!! One last thing... the app has Fireworks go off YES you heard that right FIREWORKS , that sink in for a minute...tell me that's not the coolest thing you've ever seen an app do to make shopping FUN‼️

Originally had an issue with the app but after getting in contact with them everything is working like a charm now. Very professional customer service!

Great app, easy to use and very intuitive, I had to uninstall because I can afford the cost. But the app helps a lot to make great offers to your customers and make them buy something else. Keep the good work and thanks for your help.

I got the app but needed more of a cross sell and not something at checkout. Customer service was great and I Hope they add this feature in the future.

I absolutely love this application, It works like a charm in increasing my stores total cart value. Above all Smar7 has the best customer service ever, especially mason he is the best, Love the work guys keep it up.

Really prompt and helpful customer service. The app is fairly intuitive and way more refined in it's design and offerings than some other upsell apps that I've tried. Would recommend if you want to upsell without coming off as tacky and sleezy!

Amazing App. Great interface and really easy to use. This is great Up Sell App. Great for putting all your eggs in on basket.
