You won't believe it, but I didn't need to contact support at all. I didn't encounter any issues from app installation to integration; it was all incredibly straightforward. I was in search of an app that could announce ongoing sale offers effectively, and I found many options on Shopify, but I chose this particular app because it's free. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the color scheme and customization options were also available for free.
