I was looking for a seamless way to give both Free Shipping on Cart Value over a certain amount AND a granular way to provide discounts based on products purchased to include overall discount on Cart Value. I had tried other apps that either created conflicts, were hard to understand, or just did not make sense. So I thought - "What have I got to loose. I will try one more." and I found these guys.
