Just installed this app. We needed to offer free shipping to specific customers and for specific rates only. Very simple to use and support was available right away and really good. Set-up was done in less than 5mns and it works perfectly. We had been struggling for months to set-up such a basic functionality and given not so great advice by Shopify support (managing through Shopify Flow,etc.). This is a better solution.

The best experience I've had using an app on Shopify and the best tech assistance. What I needed was set up in minutes and there were no additional plugins or anything else that was needed. It was so streamlined. 10/10 would recommend.
