SMART Bundles Volume Discounts

I downloaded one app trying to set up free shipping on the whole order if the order included a particular product. It turns out I downloaded the wrong app and would have spent a while trying to figure out that it could not do what I needed then more time finding a free app that could. But when I downloaded the wrong app, an assistant messaged me to see if they could help me set it up. They were able to quickly tell me that the current app did not work for such purposes and redirect me to this app that could do what I wanted. Then, they even set up the discount I wanted for me!

i just downloaded it in the shopify app store for the first time. the customer support agent, reymar, helped me set up my first discount. was very helpful and easy to work with. I have not used the app yet, but the set-up process was very smooth.

This app is easy to use and the support was excellent when I reached out with questions. I'm still working with it to get it to do exactly what I need on my site, but I think it's going to be a great option. Highly recommend others to give it a try.

So far the app is as expected, but I have not gone live with my discounts yet. I received immediate assistance when using the chat feature and have no complaints, especially since competitors want $8 a month for the same options!

Only free app to sett up Buy X Get Y with discount on the most expensive item. good support aswell.

I'm so thrilled with this app and the fantastic customer service! I wanted an app that would allow me to offer free shipping on a featured collection, but not penalize customers with shipping charges if they added items outside of the collection. It would have taken me awhile to figure out myself, but Reymar hopped on the chat and set it up within about 2 minutes for me. He even stayed on the chat while I tested it and then he scheduled it to be active during my event. I highly recommend this app!
