Was a good run with this app. But during the busiest sales season, BFCM till now, Christmas. Inventory was not deducting and added back correctly when we needed to sell/ refund a customer. This negatively impacted out inventory count and increased out workload baggage. Even also made the mistake of overselling an item that we do not have stock. Support reply was slow and ineffective. Still have not heard from them. Understandably, it might be the holidays for them, but in such an important period since Black Friday till now (issue of inventory not syncing bug extends back till 2.5 months ago); support was not needed. Switched to another app instead of endlessly waiting for a resolution that never comes.

Smart Bundles is amazing! The setup was really simple and now all of my bundle inventory is staying in sync without me having to manage it! I can't recommend this app enough!
