App options allow for easy customization, very simple directions to set up. Their tech support was also prompt with reaching out directly to me to answer any setup questions I had. They sent me a direct link to watch (less than 10min) and it provides step by step instructions on how to setup the abandoned cart emails feature. Everyone needs this APP!!!
