The app was great and now they have made alterations to the features and added automations. The app works better than before and is extremely user friendly. Just need to set up and they take care of the rest. The support team is fantastic. With the new changes, I wanted to understand the functioning and the support staff got in touch with me instantly. Thanks to Mr.Shubhankar Dhama for giving me a perfect understanding of the new features and guiding me with the steps. He was very patient and kind, solved all my queries too. He also introduced new apps for my business. Overall very happy with the support I received.

Es eficiente y cumple con su objetivo, existen dos problemas y es que abre en WhatsApp Web y no en WhatsApp Desktop, esto debido a que la URL a la que envía el botón empieza por web.whatsapp y no por api.whatsapp. El otro problema es que el número no tiene un formato válido reconocido por WhatsApp, por lo que hay que editar cada número con el código de país seguido del número de teléfono sin espacios. De resto es increíble esta app.

Se ve que es una APP muy completa y necesaria para Latinoamericano y los países que hablar español, la probare y en unas semanas haré una actualización de la reseña actualizacion 25-09-2020, recomiendo por completo el uso de la aplicacion, tiene funciones muy completas y personalizables, me encanta las analiticas, esa informacion sirve de mucho para tomar desiciones en el negocio 1- Me encanta que cuando mis clientes abandonan el carrito a los 15 minutos reciben un mensaje automatico al Whatsapp, esa opcion es completamente personalizable, en mi caso les ofrecia un cupon de descuento y ellos hacian su compra. 3- Quiero felicitar a Binal y a todo el equipo por haberme ayudado en la personalizacion del servicio, el equipo Charmy Sharma son muy amables, pacientes , eficientes y muy dedicados, estoy muy satisfecho con todo, mi tienda funciona a la perfeccion, me ahorro tiempo, dinero y hago muchas ventas en modo automatico

Easy to install and configure. There is also the possibility to add some custom CSS to better fit own needs. I requested a code customization and the staff responded very quickly and made it for me. I find that the possibility of sharing from the site through whatsapp is really useful. TOP app to me.

Just perfect WhatsApp application, I was looking for this type of plugin for a long time. The abandoned cart functionality looks much good to get orders which customers missed by sending them reminder with coupon or some offers for checkout. I had a great experience with the support team while I get them for a small help in the app and they replied immediately. Great app and I highly recommend that to all.!!!!!

Useless app, which doesn't work in the first place. It was not showing any abandoned carts. Contacted the support. It started showing abandoned carts but not capturing phone numbers, so I couldn't send any WhatsApp messages. Again contacted the support. Phone numbers are showing but links are not working. They asked for staff permission and posted a five-star review on their app after getting access. Wow, such professionalism! Below is the review they have posted on my behalf. "App very useful and rapid assistance in answering service. They helped me to solve a setting problem in a short time from the live chat. Good job!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!" Don't give them your account access unless you want your account to be misused.

I use this application to discuss with my customers directly on whatsapp and very frankly, this application has everything you need: We can absolutely customize everything. We can have several people connected at the same time. We can record schedules over the whole week. And the support reacts very quickly if ever there is a technical problem what has been my case. I specify that I have the free version and that she offers me everything I want. A big thank you to the whole team!

It won't be possible for our agents to available at the live chat to answer every query from the customers. But this app helped us to get query on the WhatsApp platform so agents are replying them easily and communicate faster as they can. This helps us to get in touch with the customers more. Very Happy :-) with this app.
