App is useful but the built in templates text could use some improvement. Lot of typos and grammatical errors.

The app is very easy and handy. customers are more likely to follow up on WhatsApp and with this app this task becomes handy. Also, it's giving all abandoned checkouts in one place with a customized text message which will ease the work of creating a template. It is a good app overall.

Está buena la app, en mi opinión tiene muchas cosas y es demorado configurar todo; sería genial que el botón de Whatspp tuviera una animación, pero cumple con su función de redirigir al Whats. La ayuda y atención de Ruby fue excelente, muy paciente y amable.

In one word, I can say is fantastic!! Well, Purva is really humble and she defines everything so nicely. Talking about application its really good enough to process smoothly. There is no error, we can adjust things accordingly as per our needs on the website.. Highly Recommended, Go for it!!!
