Dab: Whatsapp Chat & Abandoned

A few minutes after uploading this great application, Shubhankar has been helping me to make all the settings and answered to all my questions, he was very helpful and made everything quite easy. Now my clients can get in touch with me at any moment so I am entirely satisfied.

App is useful but the built in templates text could use some improvement. Lot of typos and grammatical errors.

Great Support, Awesome App. it would be great if we can add direct link to product purchased by customers in ask for review message. but great app.

The app is very easy and handy. customers are more likely to follow up on WhatsApp and with this app this task becomes handy. Also, it's giving all abandoned checkouts in one place with a customized text message which will ease the work of creating a template. It is a good app overall.

So far the easiest app i have used on my website, and their support is very good, highly recommended.

Está buena la app, en mi opinión tiene muchas cosas y es demorado configurar todo; sería genial que el botón de Whatspp tuviera una animación, pero cumple con su función de redirigir al Whats. La ayuda y atención de Ruby fue excelente, muy paciente y amable.
