He was extremely patient throughout the entire process, took the time to understand the issue, and guided us through each step until everything was working as expected. We really appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent support.
I bought this app for one thing and one thing only but couldn't get it to work in the way I expected. I reached out to them and Raymar patiently walked me through what the problem was (on my end) and how to fix it. I was very appreciative of the super fast responsiveness and now I can sleep better tonight. I highly recommend this app. Even though I bought it for one thing only, there are so many other features that I'm noticing and starting to use, as well. This solves one of the biggest problems I've had since starting my Shopify store two years ago. :) Thank you.
