I never leave reviews so for me to leave one is a big deal - even bigger deal when it comes to five stars! Smart notifications has nailed our biggest pain point which other apps lacked the capabilities to do. The option to send a PDF attachment for order fulfilment to our 3PL warehouse has saved me hours of manual order processing. On top of that, Kieran has been outstanding! He’s been nothing but helpful and gone above and beyond. When the default template wasn’t enough, he lended his wealth of knowledge to make my life easier! I honestly recommend getting this app and paying for the top plan because the benefit are outstanding!

I have no words to describe the help, patience and kindness of Kieran! Not understanding or understanding very little of coding is not a problem for whoever needs that app because the help Kieran gives is above and beyond my expectations! And of course, the app is great and we can sent as much notifications our clients need. 200% recomment the app!

We have been looking for the functionality this app provides since we started building our website over a year ago. Perfect for our use case, and Kieran has been super helpful with configuring the app and customizing the email layout. I just wish this had come up in our app searches sooner!

I had a very difficult task - to send DSA (DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT) only to buyers from a certain country who completed and paid for the order on the site, the support service simply delighted me! They helped me set everything up, answered my questions very quickly. Just 11 points out of 10! I highly recommend the app!
