this app is beyond amazing but the customer service is TOP TIER. i’ve had to reach out to customer service regarding a few of the upsells not working, not because of the app but more-so because of my complicated theme, and they have been so kind and response. they resolved each issue in a timely manner. so happy i found this app.

Very happy with the live chat and immediate assistance—specifically from Niri, who helped me better understand the interface and apply changes to my website to boost my sales. The design of the pop-ups is really cool and eye-catching. 100% recommended

Dakaas Upsale & Cross Sale has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The app is easy to set up, offers a clean and user-friendly interface, and makes it simple to create effective upsell and cross-sell offers. We've noticed an improvement in our average order value since implementing it. What impressed us the most is the responsive support team—they're quick to resolve issues and are always willing to help with custom requirements. The app integrates smoothly into the store without affecting performance, making it a reliable solution for increasing sales. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to boost revenue with smart upsell and cross-sell strategies!
I’ve tried a few sales notification apps, but Dakaas is by far the easiest to style. I love that I can customize the border radius and use gradient backgrounds to match my brand perfectly. The Z-index and position settings also ensure it doesn't overlap with my chat widgets. 5 stars!
Echt een goede app, met duidelijke uitleg en makkelijk te installeren.
Absolutely love this app. it has helped me grow my business
