SMART Subscriptions App
The SMART Subscriptions App allows ecommerce merchants to easily add subscription plans to their products, offering subscribe & save discounts and failed payment recovery. Customers can self-manage their subscriptions through a built-in portal, and the app provides smart dunning with automated payment retry to reduce churn. Merchants can track monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and active subscriptions through real-time analytics. Customizable email notifications for subscription events are also available.

I just got this app set up on our store for our subscription products. The setup was very easy, and so far it does exactly what we needed without overcomplicating things.
