অ্যাপটা সত্যি বলতে ব্যবহার করা খুবই সহজ। নতুন ইউজার হিসেবেও কোনো ঝামেলা হয়নি, সবকিছু বেশ ক্লিয়ার লাগে। Bulk booking অপশনটা আমার খুব পছন্দ হয়েছে — একসাথে অনেক অর্ডার কুরিয়ার করা যায়, তাই আলাদা আলাদা করে সময় নষ্ট করতে হয় না। এই অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করার পর থেকে ডেলিভারি ম্যানেজ করা অনেক বেশি স্মুথ হয়ে গেছে। সবচেয়ে কাজের লেগেছে fraud checker ফিচারটা। Steadfast, Pathao আর অন্য কুরিয়ারগুলোর ডেলিভারি হিস্ট্রি দেখা যায়, ফলে কোন অর্ডার রিস্কি হতে পারে আগে থেকেই বুঝা যায়। ফেক অর্ডার কমাতে এটা সত্যিই অনেক হেল্প করে।
