Customer service is great. Shipping times are fast, integration is super easy. The other reviews that say that their stores were shut down or that they can’t process payments don’t understand that this has nothing to do with this app, and everything to do with the fact that they need a third party payment processor for these types of products. Highly recommend using headshop drop. They’ve been nothing but great and supportive.

no support whatsoever, waited for a month then decided to shut down the store because of them. nothing is working, no orders are synced, no pics are synced, terrible!!! also my shopify payments got banned because of them

Should you wish to reinstall the app, kindly follow the step-by-step procedure for importing. Please be advised that the initial installation may take longer than usual. Regarding the Shopify payment ban, please note that businesses dealing with smoking accessories are required to utilize a third-party credit card processing company, in accordance with Shopify's policy.

After many day of contacting (sale representatives) and updating the app, we finally have to be able to start dropshipping whit the supplier and so far so good price are higher (shipping and retail) and there a 30% on the top on every order (dropping shipping fee) ((One of the most expensive Dropshipping Suplier))
