I recently had my web developer hand over my website with not much instruction and it was done in an incorrect way. I used the chat app on smootify so they may help me and wow!!!! The service I received from them was absolutely amazing, they got me up and running in no time at all. Forever grateful

Don't make the mistake I did and build your store in webflow then use this app to connect to Shopify. Worst mistake ever! So much time lost. This app constantly has bugs, slow to load, and sometimes my products don't even load. Normally I would ask support, but then I get an email and Smootify is on vacation for the next 2 weeks! If you are serious about running a business, you absolutely cannot use this app. What a joke.
