We run an ecommerce store and rely heavily on timely communication with customers, which is exactly why this app has been so disappointing. You are constantly logged out of the platform, and because of that you often miss notifications when customers send messages. For a messaging system, that makes it unreliable and difficult to use in a real business environment. Customer support has also been extremely poor. When issues arise it is very difficult to get any meaningful help or resolution. Overall the app feels unfinished and not suitable for businesses that depend on reliable customer communication. I would not recommend it.

I would not recommend this app. I wanted to setup this feature for communication with my customers. Their sales team promised to setup my account but never did. After requesting feedback their answer was: we won't be offering this service to you. No reason, no explanation nothing. Who can believe this? Very unprofessional!
This app does not work. Have tried on several occasions to top up credit, just does nothing. Tried to remove an existing SMS campaign, cannot do it. Very bad design, no support. Stay away from this app.
