Hi Developers, i've sent you 2 emails regarding issues but have not heard from you. i used the 'Get support' function to provide details about my issues and it says that messages will be sent to the dev and replied to my email. it has been a week+ Are you guys still active?

Says 'Free,' but your website lists a $9 /month, are you actually offering free or charging for it?（ Monthly Subscription 9 $ (USD) /month for unlimited SMS）I don’t intend to leave feedback; I’m just a bit confused.
