SMS Troopers has been great help to our business. Buying fresh produce is generally a last-minute choice that leads to cart abandonment. SMS Troopers is great. There is actual person that communicates with our customers and provides great service to them. Easy to set-up, easy company to work with. Very effective at converting abandoned carts.

We’ve noticed happier customers, more engagement, and even repeat purchases just because of how seamless and personal the experience feels. Customers getting to speak to actual people directly as opposed to automated chats helps build trust to convert customers.

Abandoned checkouts were a big problem for us. We thought of having our support team text these customers, and then we discovered SMS Troopers. It's excellent. Instead of having to invest in additional staff, they took care of the work with real people. And it's been SUPER effective. We are now recovering 31% of abandoned checkouts compared to 1% from the automated email flows we spent months developing and tweaking. They even shared insights into why customers abandoned and learned that one of the main reasons was our limited payment options. We quickly added new options and sales increased significantly. That simple. The setup was easy. I had the app running in about 5 minutes. And we got our first sale in under an hour! If there is one app you can add to your store and make more money, this is it. No extra maintenance needed. Really happy.

Super impressed with the results. Our automated emails & SMS flows have never been really effective (around 1-2% recovery), but now we are recovering around 24% of abandoned carts! It only took a few minutes to setup, and we immediately saw the results. Highly recommend this app.
