The support help from Alice was great. The app automatically makes "FREE GIFT WRAPPING" and "FREE SHIPPING" products though so you may need to quickly change these items to draft status as they are needed to be in draft status or live status for the app to work - so don't delete them. Support staff Alice was very friendly and very helpful.
