I giving 5 stars only for the support they provide by going out of the way for their customers. I had a specific requirement to showcase coupons in a certain way. It was not possible through the app directly so the support team raised this with their development team and they implemented a customized solution just for me. Thanks Alice!! Update 2 : I found a concerning issue with the customization done for my store in the cart page section. I raised the issue with them and they resolved it in a few hours. Appreciate the proactiveness of Tobias, Alice and the developer to resolve the issue on a Saturday. Regards

We encountered a minor issue where the coupons didn’t show up after adding the end date. However, the Support Team—especially Camellia—was incredibly responsive and helpful. She quickly relayed my concern to their developers, and the issue was resolved promptly.

The app works great! Its great how simply our customer can see the coupon and apply from the product page. We had a bit of a problem with mobile interaction, the support team was on it and fixed the problem quickly.
