I have had an item "in production" for 28 days. Support is not responsive, customer is frustrated. I sent a support ticket email over 8 days ago and finally got a response. I do love all the products they offer, but with the false transparency on fulfillment times and non-existent support, I'm at a loss for words. I would have many customers buy the products Printy6 offers, but their customer service, response time, fulfillment time, and shipping time MUST CHANGE. Then, it would truly be a wonderful POD platform. Expedited shipping cost is a joke, so don't pay the extra because they still won't ship it out in a timely manner. Please do better.
